Otaku New York

Otaku \oh•tah•ku\ n: Japanese slang for someone obsessed with one thing to the exclusion of all else. See: NERD, GEEK.

New York n: World capital of obsessives.

Otaku New York is a short (22 min.) documentary video that profiles three nerds, or Otaku, who reside in or around New York City. What they have in common is a quality of obsession. Their passion, dedication, and nerdiness is fascinating and inspiring.
